HR Manager

 

Job Responsibilities:

1. Be able to independently complete the work of performance appraisal (KPI, target appraisal system);
2. Optimize the company's human resource allocation, so as to achieve the matching of people and posts, and fit the job for the right person;
3. Responsible for formulating annual salary, bonus, welfare and other human resources budget and remuneration distribution plan;
4. Responsible for reviewing employee recruitment, promotion, deployment, layoffs, dismissal, retirement, training, performance appraisal, and punishment opinions;
5. Responsible for compiling and revising the company's labor, personnel, labor insurance, safety, insurance standards, quotas and work plans, and timely supervising and checking their implementation;
6. Complete the work assigned temporarily.


Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources management or management;
2. More than 5 years of work experience, more than three years of work experience in performance appraisal;
3. Familiar with various performance evaluation methods and performance management processes;
4. Proficiency in office software and network operation, strong data analysis ability;
5. Have good professional ethics and strong professionalism and sense of responsibility, and have strong working principles;
6. Have good understanding and analysis ability, communication and coordination ability and teamwork awareness.

 

Technical Chief

 

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the production manager to revise the rules and regulations and operating procedures, refine and improve the production process and operation process, analyze potential safety hazards and put forward reasonable suggestions;
2. Make overall arrangements for the production plan and organize its implementation, including warehousing of raw materials and products entering and leaving the factory, logistics docking and abnormal situation handling, etc.;
3. Prepare training plans, organize and implement various trainings for team members;
4. Organize and implement team performance management, promote team performance interviews, and implement daily communication, feedback and work guidance for team members;
5. According to the safety production rules and regulations and safety operation rules, supervise all personnel to strictly abide by and implement, guide and supervise the personnel on the post to wear and use labor protection equipment correctly, build a team safety culture, and upload and distribute;
6. Execute unconventional operation plans, operational risk points, risk prevention and control measures, and risky operation approval process;
7. Regularly carry out post safety inspections and urge the personnel in each post to implement safety inspections as required, respond quickly to emergencies, and deal with them in a timely manner according to post emergency procedures.


Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, more than 5 years of working experience in the chemical industry, and more than 2 years of work experience in leading shift management;
2. Understand the professional knowledge of chemical products, familiar with chemical machinery knowledge, relevant laws and regulations and safety standards of the chemical industry;
3. Possess good document writing skills and be proficient in using office software;
4. Be rigorous and meticulous, have strong communication, organization and coordination skills, and be able to independently analyze and deal with problems.

 

Production Manager

 

Job Responsibilities:

1. Organize the establishment and improvement of the production command system, compile the production plan, check the production work, and ensure the completion of the production task.
2. According to the production operation plan, master the production progress, do a good job in the coordination of various departments, organize the distribution of labor, and balance the scheduling of equipment and materials.
3. According to the production demand, prepare the material procurement and supply plan, and be responsible for the implementation, and contact in time to solve the production gap materials.
4. Do a good job in equipment management, propose renewal and transformation plans, organize regular maintenance, and improve equipment integrity and utilization.
5. Be responsible for the technical and quality assurance work in production, organize and solve problems in a timely manner.
6. Regularly organize safety and environmental protection inspections, implement safety and environmental protection measures, and supervise and rectify problems.

 

Job requirements:

1. More than 3 years of production management experience, experience in fertilizer extrusion production line management is preferred;
2. Familiar with the production operation and management of the factory, and have rich experience in production management, cost control and quality management;
3. Understand the ISO quality management system and 5S on-site management, have a comprehensive concept of lean production and rich practical experience in lean production;
4. Possess good planning ability, guidance ability, coordination ability, decision-making ability, strong comprehensive coordination ability and organizational management ability.
